Dreamland | Luxe Waterfront Villa, Hot tub + Sauna

We stayed here with our family and were totally blown away at how amazing it is. The house is beautifully and luxuriously updated, everything is modern and well equipped. The location is stunning- views of the pond from the deck and the hottub, and an easy walk to the private beach. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to dock it right on the dock at the private beach. This is a perfect spot - highly recommend! The team is so responsive and it was just a great experience overall- we will definitely be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was excellent for cooking. We loved the lake and beach for swimming and paddle boarding, the water was very clean and everyone in our party enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The views from the property are amazing. The location in Fryeburg is perfect for hiking in Evans Notch. We bought meat, vegetables and local ice cream at nearby farms. We have rented lake houses in the summer for many years and this was definitely one of the very best.

Clean, cool, and high end! Seven adults stayed over 4th of July for 5 nights. We all slept so well. The comfy mattresses and bedding plus the black out blinds made us all rethink our own home bedroom! The deck has amazing views., especially from the hot tub. There is no regular grill but the Blackstone was even better. The mosquitos kept us off the lawn and sadly didn’t get to use the fire pit . Bring a lot of bug spray! I think the water in the lake was high bc the beach is really a small path to the water. There were plenty of kayaks and paddleboards and a canoe for all of us to enjoy the peace of Lovewell Pond. The fishermen were lucky too. Air conditioning worked incredibly well. Communication from owner was best I’ve ever experienced. I defintely recommend!

This was by far the best vacation we have ever had as a family. They have thought of everything! They had multiple kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe. We had fun on the water every single day. The sunsets were fabulous as well bye the firepit! The hot tub and Sauna made us feel like we were really on vacation. High end touches and little details made this vacation unforgettable. The espresso machine was a huge hit too! We have already booked our next trip with them!

The best rental experience my family and I have ever had. The sunsets were the highlight of our stay. The house was brand new and everything was high end. The espresso machine was a really nice touch as well. Our boys loved the Sauna and Pool Table. We will be back in the warmer months for sure to take advatage of the lake. We also saved a lot of money by booking with Birch instead of airBnB
